Identity
The Woman You Have Become
Separate your God-given identity and worth from the titles, compensation, authority and achievement that surround you.
From achievement-derived identity → identity grounded in God.AN EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE FOR WOMEN OF INFLUENCE
The Executive Woman's Assignment is a six-month experience for accomplished women who are ready to discern what God is calling them to do with the influence, wisdom and authority they have earned.
From Achievement to Assignment.
ONE LIFE. ONE GOD. ONE ASSIGNMENT.
You do not have a spiritual life and a professional life that need to be reconciled. You have one life.
God has gifted the whole of you—your faith, intellect, leadership, career, relationships, resources, experience and influence.
The question isn't which part of your life belongs to God. The question is what He intends to do through all of it.
YOU KNOW HOW TO LEAD
“What does God want to do with the woman I've become?”
This is not about abandoning your career. It is about seeing your career, leadership, relationships and influence through a larger lens.
You don't need another leadership course. You need space to integrate faith and influence—and discern the next step God is asking you to take.
Separate your God-given identity and worth from the titles, compensation, authority and achievement that surround you.
From achievement-derived identity → identity grounded in God.Create the time, space, honesty and listening required for a genuine relationship with God—and practice discernment in trusted community.
From distraction → relationship, listening and discernment.Discern the specific work God is calling you to fulfill with the gifts, talents and graces developed across your life.
From “What should I do next?” → “What have I been given to do?”Reframe authority, money, expertise, relationships, reputation, access and experience as resources that can be stewarded for Kingdom purposes.
From possessing influence → stewarding influence.Learn to see and value people, recognize purposeful relationships, develop others, create headroom and build pathways for those who will come after you.
From using relationships → seeing, valuing and developing people.Turn discernment into a next step of faith. You may not have the whole picture—you have enough to say yes.
From discernment → faith-filled action.THE INTEGRATION
Your executive position may be the platform from which you influence, develop people, direct resources, solve a problem God cares about, demonstrate Kingdom values—or simply be faithful in the arena where God has placed you.
The assignment is not necessarily a new job. It is a new way of seeing the life you already have.
WHY SONYA
For more than three decades, Sonya Stewart has developed leaders across the worlds of engineering, executive leadership, organizational transformation and ministry.
Her executive career includes senior leadership with Lockheed Martin, Leidos and JPMorgan Chase, with responsibility for billion-dollar portfolios, enterprise transformation and large, complex organizations. Her formation in ministry developed alongside that career—not after it.
Sonya brings an uncommon perspective: she understands the boardroom and spiritual formation, organizational performance and people, executive authority and servant leadership.
“Achievement is valuable.
But achievement alone is not the assignment.”
She is accomplished. Respected. Experienced. And privately asking what all of it is ultimately for.
You lead people, organizations, resources or decisions that matter.
You no longer want to compartmentalize faith and professional life.
You sense there is a “next” but know it may be deeper than a career move.
You don't need every answer. You are willing to take the next step of faith.
BEYOND THE SIX MONTHS
A trusted circle of accomplished women who understand your world—and who can walk with you beyond the cohort through accountability, prayer, discernment, wisdom and shared influence.
THE INVITATION
If you're ready to explore what God may be asking of you in this season, request an invitation to the next Executive Woman's Assignment cohort.
